New Baby

Well I think winter has arrived , really cold with us today and snow showers, what a thought !! But what better to do on a day like this than craft.. been having a play around today so made a new baby card. Used nana's nursery papers then cut out the next layer with cricut using elegant edges cartridge I just love it so versatile and you can make your shape any size, shadow , so easy to layer its just fab..although I still wouldnt be without my nesties. Image is a pennyblack coloured in with prismas. Pearls, ribbon and lace are from my stash although I think looking at my card now I feel my lace is a touch on the wide side it doesnt actually look to bad in the photo but in real it is .  Off now to cook monkfish in curried vegetables, for our tea then out to a quiz night at the bowling club.. We are entering a team but unless the questions consist of food, drink or crafts then I will be no use !! (  Im just the mascot !! ) Catch up with you all soon enjoy the rest of your weekend. Aud

Golden Wedding

Well thats friday again where does the time go ??  This is a card ive made for a golden wedding, used gold mirri card but its got a satin finish instead of a shine, I cutout the frame with the hearts with my cricut, then embossed it with swiss dots folder, used nesties and hearts embossing folder, and MS punch , pearls and gems from stash.  Hope you all have a nice weekend ,catch up with you soon. Celebrate !

This is just a quick card today as im busy doing wedding invitations, everything is from my stash not sure where the image is from nor the papers but its all stuff I has lying around, the sentiments are craftworks cut the shape out with my cricut, and used a doily that I found while looking for papers so decided to use it as well. Off back to do this invitations hopefully catch up with you all tomorrow. Aud x

Happy Valentines Day

Happy valentines day to you all, I hope youve all been spoilt, this is the card I made for Robbie, I used papers fom papercraft in Elgin, image is a pennyblack and the papermania embossing folder, ribbon is from The Papeterie. Get Well Soon

Another easel card made for a friend who was in a car accident last week so hopefully this will cheer her up !! This is a fizzy moon stamp coloured in with prismas, papers are again hideaway which I can see theyre not going to last long really like them there is plain ones and glittery ones and they are all so nice.  Used Ms punch and ribbon & pearls from stash.  Off now to get a new hair do as my hair is driving me in sane ....Catch up with you all later. Mice and Easy

What a lovely day, just been out and washed my car and cleaned the house windows they were all badly needed car is back to looking like new again , made this card yesterday for someone used pennyblack stamp coloured in with prismas, papers I bought in Elgin on thursday they are hideaway and I just love them they are all so nice. Cut sentiment out with nesties , gems and ribbon were from stash this is a 5x5 easel rathe quite like it , its a cute size and just a change from 6x6.  Off now to make a valentines card for Robbie now will post it tomorrow for you to see. Lily's Birthday Card

Made this card for my friend Lily who was 70 on thursday although she doesnt look it,  I thought this was very appropriate as she comes along to my class on a thursday night, but told here not to worry this thursday as it was her birthday, we had a lovely day celebrating with her and what better way to celebrate than to have a crafting day out, we were up at papercrafts elgin and did a lovley class with Kate followed by a beautiful cupcake and coffee also fom Kate  then a wee spend in the craft shop followed by a cuppa at christies in Fochabers I would say my ideal day out !! roll on the next one...  This is image is from mo manning coloured in with prismas papers are from Sei I think bought them in Alford, lace and pearls from stash. Not been blogging the last couple of weeks as Ive been a bit under the weather and also doing wedding invites, hopefully will try to blog regularly again . Catch up soon. Aud x
