This is a calendar that Ive made to Robbie's mum for xmas I took a photo of the factory brae, Provost St, her house is just about where those people are walking lovely winter scene, then made an easel style card for it as I thought it would stay standing longer than a normal card after all it will be up for a year. Use the MS doily punch and blach & silver ribbon from Simply Create, do crafts calendar tab, candy from craftworks. Very simple but effective on the Black & White. I know she will be delighted with this..

Been busy doing these boxes for my two nieces I still have one to do, Marika wanted nail pens for xmas so decided to make a box up for her with nail files, gems clippers and pens etc , some papers are from simply create others I distressed myself with dusty concord, I painted up some false nails and used my nail pens to make them fancy, buttons and twine flowers etc all from simply create. The stamped image is one of the sassy stamps pillow talk its called coloured with prisma pencils. This is the contents the box itself and the lidI hope she is pleased with it. Off to do Zoe's one now.
50th Birthday Card that I had to do fine change from all the christmas cards, papers from Laines at Insch and the image is from crafts u print, candy from stash. Used nesties label 10 for the sentiment on the base of the card, its for a man so always find them difficult to do cards for.

This has to be one of my favourite cards I've made, change of colour for xmas anyway I used papermania henbury lane for the backing sheet which you really cant see so that was a bit of a waste, then white, then distressed the purple with dusty concord and stamped and embossed snowflakes onto it I think I have more glitter on myself than on them, cut out a snowflake with the sizzix cutter glitzed with gems from stash. Ribbon from poundland layered onto MarthaStewart doily punch. Only 5 cards left to make for orders then better do some for myself..

I have been card making all weekend and week but just havent had time to put them onto my blog, made this one yesterday for Carol's birthday bought the paper from simply create and also the brown lace and ribbon buttons from my stash and the stamp was from Glasgow. Used linen paper and distressed it then stamped the poppy image with expresso ink, wasn't impressed trying to colour in with the linen paper it just wouldnt blend so a wee bit dissapointed with the end result. Carol hope you had a lovely birthday... Hopefully i will have more cards on soon to show you just so busy just now. This photo was taken really quickly so doesn't just show the card off very well.

Wedding Bells, need winter woolies on for a wedding at this time of year, used stampin up bridal papers for this card and I just love them they look so good. Mounted stripped paper onto black satin card then cut out the heart with the patterned paper ( I mean cut, I drew round the black heart as I cut some out when I had a shot of Lily's nesties but didnt cut enough of the cream ones ) then i glitzed up the cream heart with Pearls and gems then cut out a cream patterned bit to make the shirt and added black gems for buttons. I used the Mr &Mrs set for the stampin in the corners and added gems. Really don't want to put this card away its for someone else so I will just have to make another one. Back to christma cards again now...

Cut the centre shape then did the corners with a corner punch from xcut then added a dufex topper with the robin and added gems from my stash. photo not very good at showing the dufex topper as it is foil.

Distressed linen paper with pumice stone the stamped snowflakes with old olive, real red and black with the snowflakes all from stampin up, then stamped the image and coloured her in with prisma pencils. Away to make a baby girl card now so it will be a wee break from xmas ones.
Thought things were to good on Monday, felt okay after the hectic weekend in Glasgow but have gone done hill ever since. Had a bad day yesterday, it went from bad to worse so early night and up fresh today and raring to go so here is the 1st card of today it is a Winter scene at the river Deveron, we dont really appreciate our own countryside, I just mounted it on to navy card and then glitzed it up with stickles, used MS punch for border and ribbon from Laines at Insch. I can't help using this stamp I think I will be doing most of my cards with this one it is so versatile loads of different ways to put it onto a card, use snow burst snowflake stamps and stamped my own background paper silver ink onto black card i wished i had embossed it, never mind something else to try for another card. Dasher onto white card them snowflake stamped again with silver, then mounted it onto red card just to lift it. Ribbon and gems from my wee stash, well it is wee compared to Kath's ....

Diamond Wedding Card, I made what an achievement lasting 60 years, some dont even last 6 years. Used stampin up bridal papers, x cut punches for the borders and corners and a sizzix embossing folder cut hearts out with nesties (Lily's) when I had a shot of them new that hearts would come in handy and just love them done with the bridal papers. Added pearls and gems to jazz it up. This card looks better when you see it for real.
